an H1B visa is specifically for someone in a "Specialty occupation" and very specifically requires experience in the field. >(3) 12/ For purposes of section 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b1) , the term `specialty occupation' means an occupation that requires-- >(A) theoretical and practical application of a body of specialized knowledge; and >(B) attainment of a bachelor's or higher degree in the specific specialty (or its equivalent) as a minimum for entry into the occupation in the United States. So, since 'Entry Level' means someone without experience in the field - the H1B visa clearly does not apply to them. |
