I'm surprised no one mentioned Arcade City[0], which is working on a peer to peer alternative to Uber and Lift, using a blockchain. Drivers set their own prices, and there are no georestrictions like on Uber.

Arcade City also has a (amazing) gamified system, based on reputation levels. This has saved the bacon of Austin TX drivers on more than one occasion, as non-reputable "customers" have more difficulty ruining the system.
