In my experience, AppDB is mostly useless for answering this kind of question. It's right maybe 30-40% of the time with the rest being one of: 1) Says it doesn't work when it works fine on default settings 2) Says it works and I spend hours and hours messing with settings trying to get it to work before giving up. 3) Only reports a version of my application that is so out of date that I don't care. Granted I mostly use applications, not games, so perhaps it's better with games. |
