I'm currently planning to organize a 5-day coding bootcamp in Mumbai next month on game development. What does it take to organize a successful coding bootcamp? I have hired a good trainer and have a space that can be used to accommodate at least 15 students. I'm planning to provide free lunch on all five days to everyone involved, along with certifications. Have also developed a website with a form which can be used to take registrations. I'm planning to use Facebook as a medium to publicize my scheduled bootcamp. That being said, are there any mistakes I should avoid making in my first try at organizing a coding bootcamp?
