Good to know. The vast majority of what little knowledge I have of psychology is based around the DSM-IV, so that's where I tend to stick. Do the other factors in that particular condition still apply? Namely, "the symptoms persist for longer than 2 months or are characterized by marked functional impairment, morbid preoccupation with worthlessness, suicidal ideation, psychotic symptoms, or psychomotor retardation."? |
