Wonder if there will be any exemptions for high occupancy or EVs or whatever. Not necessarily saying there should be, but wouldn't be the first time a 'special' lane has exemptions.

Everyone needs the EZ Pass to use, but drivers in cars with three or more people in them do ride for free, incentivizing carpooling.

The lanes are HOV-3 if you have an appropriately equipped transponder to signal that fact.
