Ten years ago it was much harder to find information on all of this - and even if you went in knowing it, there was little or nothing you could do about it. I knew enough then to discount options to 0, but I'm permanently jaundiced in retrospect by just how many outright lies I was told at interviews, and saw being told to my colleagues. |
