ASK HN: Feedback on Scheduling an Appointment with Your Doc

I am looking to get some feedback on what people love and hate about scheduling an appointment online with your doctor.

For context, I am one of the founders at health care startup and we are looking to build our own scheduling product (yes, yet another scheduling product!). There are a lot of services out there for online scheduling. However, there is a lot of room for improvement particularly on the patient experience and making the schedule accessible to not only those with smart phones/web access.

Any general feedback is good but here are a few questions

1. Do you like seeing the whole schedule?

2. Is there any part you find annoying such as giving your insurance info or credit card?

3. Do you trust reviews presented on sites that also offer appointment scheduling?

4. Do you find it annoying when selecting an appointment the service tells you that you just placed an appointment request and not an actual booking?
