I'm going to go out on a limb and say you just have a terrible personal experience with shitty jobs.

That's anecdotal. My current company is great too. That doesn't mean all the companies in my country are great.

Exactly, it doesn't mean they are all shite either. I'm willing to accept that many are though, but that's no different anywhere you go.
