It looks like a cool app! 1) I can't say for sure that it would help me motivate myself, but it certainly cheers up. 2) I recommend avoiding long videos; GIFs, fun images, and quotes will be better

We are working on curating awesome content which should not take more than 3 mins at a time. Will enforce users to not spend more than 3 mins on our app each time. If you can also share any content sample that you want to see in app, that will help us curate much better. Thanks for the feedback.
