For what it’s worth, I’m using IDEAVim and it’s amazing. It supports custom editor actions too, like refactorings, in your .ideavimrc

Good to know, but my criticisms of the IDEA apps are that they tend to be resource hogs. Perhaps this isn't the case for IDEAVim. Further, my main draw to vim is that I can use it right in my terminal--I don't like having to switch back and forth between my terminal (tmux) keybindings and those of my native OS. It's not for lack of effort either--I keep trying the new GUI hotness, but it never lasts long for the aforementioned reason.
