What is an optimistic timeline from here? When could this be energy positive / used commercially?

I read they hope to have an energy net-positive machine in 2035. Or ~20 years from now.

The same as it has been for the past 50 years - about 10 years before commercial use.

Presumably each estimate is made with fewer unknown unknowns and thus higher real chances of success?
