His whole model is cheating and abusing the goodwill of others, and half the "business advice" in his books is "here's this blatantly unethical technique, and here's a sophist argument as to how it's actually fine" (e.g. "there's no official definition of expert, so just study the subject for an hour, call up a local university and offer to give a free talk, and then you can call yourself an expert who's talked on that subject at $university")
