I highly recommend using a standing desk. Considering the long time negative effects of sitting all the day at the desk has investing in a standing desk a high ROI.

Since I started using a standing desk, my neck and shoulders are significantly less stressed.
Thanks, I may switch partially to a standing desk, but I do wonder how much of the gain could be achieved with a correctly adjusted sitting desk.
