Not trying to hijack this, but this entire ordeal reminds me of this Hacker News comment: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11360482 If your livelihood is solely invested in a singular vendor, then you absolutely need to find a contact on the inside :/. I hope he gets it resolved. |
