Arch has it: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?name=neovim The -git version in AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/neovim-git/.

I've been using Debian's neovim package for the last several months, but I use the unstable repositories. I think it'll be officially packaged in the next Debian release though.
