I am not a lawyer, and I don't intend this to be legal advice. That said, having done a somewhat more than cursory amount of study when it comes to intellectual property issues, I'm 100% confident that this would be unlawful in the United States, and 95% confident that it would be unlawful in whatever country you're residing in right now, if it's not the US. And frankly, I think a more than cursory study is overkill. |
