That's not correct. Homoeopathy doesn't contain _any_ of the purported substance.
...if it's been correctly diluted.

Since there's almost no regulation the buyer has no way of knowing if it was correctly diluted or not.

Well, in reality, probably not. I was pointing out that homeopathy was originally 'fighting fire with fire'. Or at least, that is what the word means.
