That's still just an allegation from the driver of the semi (he said he heard harry potter playing, and there was a portable DVD player found, nothing more was released). But what is confirmed is that he was speeding at the time as well, and after that incident Tesla put out an update preventing autopilot from being set for more than 5mph over the speed limit. |

That's not correct. I routinely drive with autopilot set to +10mph over the speed limit.
