Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is Apple's ecosystem. 2 years is the very real artificial lifespan of "current" whether we like it or not. Fun fact: I still have an iPad Mini 1 running some very ancient version of iOS that I use once in a while for single-page browsing. It gets the job done for very short sessions. I'm amazed the battery is still good. |
