The problem is not the first mover advantage of Facebook, but that people do not understand logical fallacies, that they erroneously believe that most media is impartial, and that they are unaware of confirmation bias. Logical fallacies should be taught in school: we also start with simple arithmetic before we move to more complex topics. (A course in formal logic seems overkill, it should be an applied course.) |
