Ask HN: Slow travel and working (freelance)?

Have you manage to do freelance jobs (remote or not) while slow travelling? What resources did you use?

It seems that there is big platform as Freelancer[1] or Upwork[2] and some specifics one as Working Nomads[3].

My story: Made the decision to quit my job and travel the world for a while. One-way ticket to India, next stop Nepal. After 3 or 4 months I think I'll stay in a place for like a month or so and work as freelance or on my side projects for some times.
