I used YNAB (http://www.youneedabudget.com). It's a customized web service that handles budgeting, and it has a Mobile App as well. While it has integration with banks, I chose to enter/record everything manually, since the action itself reminds me "You should stop spending."

Before YNAB, I use Mint for a while, but it didn't help in terms of managing my budget due to the auto-import feature. I also used YNAB 4 in the past (you pay $50 and that's it), but felt it's great enough to spend $5 a month on budgeting.
