This is one of my "aha" moments as well. I was working on a development project for free. I hated it even though I had interest in the project itself. I didn't realize until a long time after that I felt as though my work had no value. I communicated this and suddenly I was making $75/hr. My takeaway was: Everyone's time is worth something. |
