I'm always online when I work, so I dream about a different beast. I want a thin client that interface to a beast of a machine in the server room. I means I can work in my office with multiple screens, or I can sit in a sofa at home, or at my home setup. All with the same machine just a different interfaces. That way I don't need power in a laptop, I just need reasonable connectivity. I know not all workloads can work this way, but a lot of it can. |
