It kills (in small dosages) bacteria/fungus/viruses and is well tolerated. Try some in a glass of water next time you get sick.
I have actually been drinking it for a while to help with a GI issue, was wondering why you drink it. Thanks for the input!

Vinegar is caustic to tissues, can increase the probability of having dangerous inner bleeding episodes and will damage quickly your tooth enamel if you drink it each day.
