I am using dell xps 13. Although specs are nowhere near to your ideal specs but it gets the job done. Arch Linux runs buttery smooth on it.

To be fair, Arch Linux probably runs buttery smooth on a potato (given the right choice of DE), so that's not much of a statement. :)
