Ask HN: Any engineer/product mngr from Spotify who can explain this crazy thing?

Hi,

I was wondering why Spotify lacks such a basic feature as track rearangement in its Android client when they have it in their IOS client?

Spotify blatantly ignores its users [calling for it since Feb/2014](https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/Rearrange-tracks-inside-a-playlist-Android/idc-p/1461288#M92256) - almost 3 years.

It has hundreds of votes and lots of comments asking for such a basic and simple to implement feature yet they completely ignore it.

If you are working in Spotify or know someone there - I would love to hear some explanation.
