1. This tool is not something I'd use but if I were a casual user I'd appreciate it not changing my system configuration. Chances are if I want something like Marathono I don't want to be bothered with launchd. Also, if I delete the app I don't want to be left with "zombie" processes that I don't understand how to stop. 2.
