1Password doesn't upload stuff to the cloud (except for Team/Family sync). You can choose which folder you can store your vault.

1Password is closed source. And I don't want it to not upload anything, I want it to upload to my own server.

Yes, and you can do exactly that and upload where you like.

Seems like you are making a fuss about a piece of software that you didn't really bother learning how it actually works.

That still doesn't make it open source?

I want to use a password manager, I just can't find any that work everywhere and don't depend on third party services (and I want to inspect the source code). I'm not making a fuss on purpose.
