I think you've reversed my premise. I'm saying that early coding implies a higher probability of having useful experience in a junior dev (i.e. straight out of college). You seem to be suggesting that I think that the probability of someone having useful experience is lower without early coding. But I don't think that at all; I don't care whether useful experience comes before or after college. |
