Work out in the morning every day (strength stuff with dumbbells as the gym in the office doesnt have barbells). I get up and walk around every couple of hours at least. Slouch in the chair the rest of the time. Any time I've tried to sit according to "recommendations" (i.e. more straight up), my back hurts. Slouching at a 135 degree angle means no back pain for me. |
