I am Nidhi, co-founder of Wockito. Our product is an enterprise solution, we are developing it for android, ios and web app. Till beta phase, I was managing PRD, UI design, content, bugs and feedbacks in excel sheets. But now we are working with in-house developers as well as freelancers. Product development and management has become chaotic, we are thinking to use Jira/Asana/Slack. But before that, we want to make smooth processes for product development, which should be convenient to all team members. 2. What critical things need to be verified from users before implement any feature? example : like/dislike, will they pay? will they recommend, UI, content, icons..etc
