If a STEM shortage in the US, actually exist, it's dirt simple to solve. First the US Congress should pass a large tax incentive for any corporation that hires 'remote workers'
based in the US. Second, detached third party centers should be used to 'qualify' the work workers, who all must have valid US passports. Dirt Simple. |
