Don't get an MBA. It will not in any way help you in an engineering organization. If you want to become more fluent in the business side of things, attend conferences like Business of Software, sit in the business meetings in your org, read VC blogs, etc etc If you don't enjoy development any more, explore sales engineering, or engineering management. And if you want to make 300k+, interview at Google / FB / Amazon / Apple. |
