I've been using JetBrains DataGrip for my postgres needs. Been pretty good.

DataGrip is pretty good (used it since it was in beta), though I've found it a bit lacking if you're wanting to do some quick imports of data. Navicat works great however.

My experience has been so so. It crashes often, particularly on windows. And it grinds to a halt f you have a long sql (1000 lines +)
