I do that after a certain time at night and I live in the UK. I'd be mortified if I thought I was causing a noise to my neighbours and I'd hate it if they did it to me. It's more a case of treat others how you want to be treated - I hate being on the receiving end of neighbour noise so I take care not to be the cause of it myself. |
