Yes. Tier 1: Those who solely re-implement. You can do a lot copying and pasting. It's just not worth as much money.
Tier 2: Those who re-implement while creating anew, typically in specialized areas or occasionally very well over a wide range of tasks. Note the importance of re-implementation to both job tiers. |
