I'm a non-technical recruiter. I get triggered when people confuse Entry & Junior developers: Entry - Cant be trusted on their own - need hand holding. Junior - Can be trusted on their own - like a slow mid-level developer - might need to check their code a bit after but generally know what they are doing with a little input from more senior developers in the team. |
