Non-replies are common for any kind of job search. It may be awful, but it is a fact. Do not answer questions about required salary or past salary under any condition. If it is at all possible in a sales process (i.e. not a tag on the shelf) you want to discover what the "solution" is worth to the customer. It goes both ways. Sometimes I find somebody who sets a price for their services which is 1/10 of what I think is a fair price and then I don't think this person is taking the job seriously. |
