GNU actually refers to 'grand national unity' in this context, one of the three fundamentals for Korean unification outlined in the 1972 North-South Joint Declaration (the other two being peace and independence). Based on the screenshots, gnu.rep.kp appears to be a website for the Pyongyang Broadcasting Station. |
