I think the fact that we don't look at our solar system as a whole instead of trying to isolate data to "prove we are doing this" is indicative of politics corrupting science. It's not the movement that triggers that, but rather the "with high energy" part. It makes no sense in context, and the hippies I know love to use "energy" in nonsensical ways.
