MBP is most widely used pro audio laptop. Some people I know do simple mixing without plugging an external audio interface, just using built-in audio. It seems that Apple does not care about those people anymore.

I do pro audio. Nobody serious is using the built-in audio interface. If you're recording, you're probably using some hardware from Apogee. If your DJing, you're probably using some hardware from Native Instruments.
Why is asking a question to existing customers "Apple does not care about those people anymore"? I don't understand this sentiment as their actions show the exact opposite of your statement. Is this meant to just be a flippant comment to garner upvotes on HN? I don't get it.
Mixing via a 3.5mm headphone jack is not "pro audio"
It's not a plain analog headphone socket; it has an optical line out as well.

It's also a reasonable quality DAC and more than good enough to do work on the move with. Your statement makes no sense, unless you measure "proness" by the girth of a connector?
Neither is monitoring via Bluetooth.
Adding a USB-to-3.5mm audio interface is $10. "Those people" spending several grand on a new laptop can make their audio-out cable 5" longer.

Apple still cares about them, obviously, and will happily sell them computers, which they will happily still buy.

Pro audio people probably won't be using a cheap in-line DAC.
USB supports analog I/O so DAC could well be on board.
