In every instance that I was bullied and the bully stopped messing with me, it was because I stood up for myself, either by telling the kid off or slapping/punching the kid in front of all their friends and embarrassing them. Anecdotal, as every case of bullying is different, but it seems to be the more efficient solution than telling the teachers/administration, who do little to nothing about it. |
