I bet the investors did OK. Some employees might get a nice retention package, but they'll have to sign a document stating their stock/options are now worth $0, so they can take or leave the retention deal. The founders probably did OK, but they might have the same type of deal ($0 for their stock, except their retention is probably orders of magnitude better than any employee's). |
