It smells like this is becoming more and more common. Small startups with outsized redults for founders and employees, instead of big startups with small results for founders and miniscule results for employees. It seems like the trend has been growing for the past 5 to 6 years. Or I've been wrapped in the microconf crowd bubble and have a bonkers read on reality. |
