It sounds like you are not happy. If that is the case, why not explore what opportunities you have for a better position (whatever better means to you)? If you find something that you are confident is better for you - then you should pursue it, after all you have decided it is better for you. You might find in the exploration that you actually don't want to move on yet. Maybe you will miss the people, flexibility or sense of ownership. Maybe the kind of role you are seeking would require a move you don't want to make etc. Alternatively maybe you find your perfect gig (great people/problems/pay/etc). |
