5 years is more than enough time in startup land to either be a failure or at least modest success - startups are designed to grow quickly after all. If you're on the success path then getting an O1 should be very straight forward, and then a EB1 greencard should also be easy. If you're a failure, well - this isn't supposed to be a path to citizenship for people with failed businesses. |
