This. If you start with a 'usual bro-split' where you work out each 'muscle-group' once a week, you won't see anything like the progress you'll see on SS or SL5x5 if you're a complete beginner. Even at an advanced beginner/intermediate stage it's still better to work each 'muscle-group' twice a week. |
