The closest that I have come across would probably be MealSquares - which still contain a good deal of animal products (milk, eggs) - but they seem to be going for a similar goal as Soylent, but making a 'solid' final product, and using whole ingredients.
They last a good month in the fridge/freezer, and about 2 days on the counter.
